Last week, 72-year-old Shiv Shankar was rushed to AIG hospitals in Hyderabad in critical condition after suffering serious complications associated with Covid-19. He passed away on Sunday evening.

Actor Sonu Sood regretted Sunday the death of veteran Telugu choreographer Shiv Shankar, who died after testing positive for Covid-19. The actor said he was heartbroken to learn of the choreographer’s disappearance and said he would be missed by the film’s fraternity.
Heartbroken to learn of the disappearance of Shiv Shankar masterji. I did our best to save him, but God had different plans. I will always miss you masterji.
May the Almighty give the family the strength to endure this loss.

Shiv Shankar, 72, was rushed to AIG hospitals in Hyderabad in critical condition after suffering serious complications associated with Covid-19 last week. According to reports, he had suffered 75 percent lung damage. He breathed his last on Sunday night.
His eldest son and his wife have also contracted Covid-19 and are undergoing treatment. While the eldest son is being treated for Covid-19, Shiv Shankar’s wife is in home quarantine.
Shiv Shankar was a renowned dance choreographer and actor in Telugu and Tamil films. He has worked as a choreographer in films such as Magadheera, Vishwa Thulasi, Thiruda Thirudi and Baahubali: The Beginning.
Many members of the film fraternity have expressed their condolences to the family of Shiv Shankar.
