Grab your popcorn as San Antonio’s Rooftop Cinema Club drive-in is reopening for summer 2021.
The line-up starts with Godzilla vs. Kong June 22.
The drive-in is located just outside the front gates of Six Flags Fiesta Texas and will play both new blockbusters and cult classics throughout the summer months. The initial June 10 opening was delayed due to continued precipitation at the start of the month.

The July program includes new films such as The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It and In the heights, as well as favorites like Selena, Ferris Bueller’s day off and The Goonies. And for horror lovers, there are plenty of nightlife scares with movies like A nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13 and The Ring.
During the off-season, the drive-in made a few upgrades, including a new 64-foot permanent cinema screen, new seats, and midnight screenings. Guests also now have the option of listening to the film on their phones, in addition to the traditional FM radio method.
The drive-in added a tailgating option, allowing guests to install seats outside of their vehicles. Last year, people had to stay indoors due to the coronavirus pandemic.
