Take your kids to the movies this summer for as little as $ 1

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – Houston-area cinemas are kicking off the summer with discounted tickets for kids.

Regal, Studio Movie Grill, and Alamo Drafthouse are offering inexpensive tickets for kids on select days this summer. See details of promotions below:

Royal entertainment

Regal Entertainment has brought back its Summer Movie Express. Children’s tickets are just $ 1 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the summer. Check with your local theater for specific promotion times.

Featured movies include Smurfs: The Lost Village, Smallfoot, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

Studio Movie Grill

Studio Movie Grill has a $ 6 kids’ summer series that includes a small popcorn and a small drink.

Featured films include Animals, Minions and Madagascar.

Alamo Drafthouse

Alamo Drafthouse All Children’s Camp tickets cost $ 3 for children. Most locations offer $ 3 tickets for children of all ages, toddlers, older kids, and adults, but some locations are 3 years and older. Check the Drafthouse website for more theater details.

Featured films include Curious George, Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, and Babe.
