TMNT has a rich library of villains who can star in their own movies. While perhaps the best known of the lot is Shredder, characters like Bebop and Rocksteady, Krang, Rat King, and Hun could all take center stage in these films.

This animated universe isn’t the only Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles project in the works. Saturday Night Live writer Colin Jost will pen a new live-action TMNT movie, though Viacom didn’t mention it during his presentation.

Viacom is betting on franchises on its Investor Day. The company announced Sonic 3 with a Knuckles spin-off starring Idris Elba, as well as a second season for Halo. With TMNT also growing alongside Star Trek, CBS is entering the streaming wars.
