It’s never too early to start making (cheap) summer plans, especially after last year’s lull. To help out, Regal Cinemas has announced the return of the popular Summer Movie Express family movie series.

Starting June 29, the movie channel will host a dual feature of family movies from 10 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through September 1. The best part? Admission is only $ 1. Locally, the series will be screened at the Clifton Park and Colonie Center sites.

Tickets are available for purchase at the box office and in all movies. Each week, the two films are shown on both days. Part of the profits are donated to the Will Rogers Institute.
