Extras needed for a bar fight movie scene at the Gaslight bar and grill
OAK LAWN, IL – Movie magic is coming to Oak Lawn and local residents are needed to be extras in a fight scene. The producers say the film will likely be on Amazon Prime Video, so it will be seen by a lot of people in the United States and potentially around the world.
Fate Forthcoming Race to the Omega Stone is a sci-fi thriller set in 2050. A scientist discovers an ancient stone that has empowered people based on their characteristic traits. Although there is a stone for everyone, only a few were able to get it. At the same time, there is another mysterious stone called the Omega stone, which can be obtained by anyone. Would you sacrifice your sanity for power?
The production needs 65 people to pack the Gaslight Bar and Grill, 5120 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn for a fight scene. Filming begins at 6 p.m. on June 1. Accessory weapons will be used, so if you have noise sensitivities this may not be for you.
Interested participants are invited to RSVP on Facebook. You can also follow Fate Forthcoming events on Facebook.
Gaslight will be open to the public during filming. Extras will be able to order food and drinks during filming. Capacity limits are subject to change. You may want to bring a face mask just in case. All participants will be invited to sign a press release allowing their image to be used in the film.
Moviecrew17 and DotVizions production teams collaborate on the series of 12 episodes, each lasting approximately 25 minutes.
